Purple Iridescent Glasses Necklaces -✿- By A Closet In Delirium and Ann Louise Studio

Vintage gold metals combined with iridescent Czech glass bugle beads and flower beads creates a truly Bohemian look in these glasses necklaces from Ann Louise Studio. The purple bugle beads are strung on high-strength flexible beading cable, and a vintage gold finished steel chain fits around the neck for a more comfortable feel. The colors are just so beautiful and rich with the dark shades and iridescent flashes to catch the light.

♪ A Note on Czech Glass ♪
A cottage industry since Roman times, glass beads manufactured in Bohemia (the current Czech Republic) rose to the top of the world markets in the 19th century when skilled local glass/crystal crafters began the art of pressed glass production. During political upheavals of the mid-20th century, production ceased for several years, but the Czechs rapidly went back to the forefront of world beadmaking when production resumed in 1958.
