(Please note this returns policy does not apply to digital products, hair accessories, earrings or sale items where sales are final.)

We accept returns and exchanges of orders requested within the first 7 calendar days of of order receipt and returned within the first 15 calendar days of order receipt. The item(s) must be returned in new and unused condition in its original packaging.  To request a return, you MUST contact us atACID@TheBoutiqueProject.comprior to returning an item to receive mailing instructions. We are not responsible for items returned to the wrong location.

 

The amount paid for shipping (including upgraded shipping fees) is not refundable, and a 25% restocking and handling fee will be applied to all returns, and an additional 25% (50% total) restocking and handling fee will be applied to all orders for shoelaces greater than $75. The customer is responsible for returned product in transit (FOB Destination).

 

CANCELLATIONS AND DAMAGES

The Boutique Project LLC (TBP LLC) reserves the right to decline or cancel orders at any time. Decline notification is via email to the email address provided by Customer when submitting the order. We assume no responsibility for issues resulting from such declines, cancellations or email notification failure.

 

TBP LLC may begin processing accepted orders immediately and is unable to accept cancellation requests for orders that have already shipped at the time of the request. If an order is placed or processed in error, please send an email immediately to ACID@TheBoutiqueProject.com

 

Many orders are insured, so any damages incurred will require the customer to retain the packaging and notify us within two (2) business days to allow for any follow up the insurance company or post office may require. TBP LLC cannot cover the costs of damages if the delivery company or post office is not able to inspect the damage and therefore refuses coverage.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Orders that have been returned as undeliverable will be handled in a timely manner. Additional shipping charges may apply to reship misaddressed items.  To report any address entry errors please send an email immediately to ACID@TheBoutiqueProject.com. Often incorrectly addressed items are not returned, so be aware that we are not responsible for orders once they have been marked by the post office as delivered.
